Briza media 'Russells'

A perennial semi-evergreen ornamental grass with marginal silver-white variegated foliage throughout the season giving the plant a silver appearance.
From mid-May, panicles of loosely arranged pendulous and locket-shaped flowers appear. These flowers wave gracefully in the breeze with a gentle and characteristic rattle, starting green and turning to a rich gold into the autumn.
The flowers are much prized for flower arrangements.

This totally hardy variety has lasting appeal.
