A stunning new selection with red stems and veins and silver variegated leaves. The red colouration is less apparent in young plants but develops in the second and third year. Deciduous, but fully hardy, compact habit, not reappearing until late spring (April). Best in damp well drained soil, in a sheltered shady place where it will illuminate any dark corner.
